Our gift experiences may be selected for a specific service or curated around a desired experience. From restorative massage and spa rituals to advanced skin rejuvenation treatments, each gift is intended to offer meaningful time dedicated to relaxation, self-care, and renewal.
Gift certificates are delivered digitally in a personalized PDF format and may be emailed directly to the purchaser or recipient, depending on your preference.
Personalized with Care
Each gift experience is individually prepared by our team and personalized with:
- the recipient's name
- your personal message
- the selected service or experience
Because each certificate is customized manually, processing is completed during regular business hours by our guest care team.
Processing & Delivery
Gift certificates are processed Wednesday through Saturday during regular business hours.
Orders placed during business hours are typically completed the same day. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
If you require a gift experience urgently, we are always happy to assist whenever possible.
Important Information
- Gift certificates are issued for spa and wellness services rather than dollar amounts.
- Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Gift certificates are non-transferable unless authorized by the original purchaser or recipient
- We encourage guests to book well in advance for Friday evening and Saturday appointments, particularly during holiday periods.
